View from the rocks at Shark's Cove. This was one of the best sunsets I've seen - the margins of the clouds
glowed as they were illuminated by a perfect circle of light. It's Skywatch Friday, so click
HERE to see beautiful skies from around the globe.
Now thats a sunset, I used to live in the middle east and I don't think I have seen more than a couple of really good ones since those far of days. I love the name too, I live about as far from the coast as you get here in Yorkshire, so no sharks hereabouts.

Your caption describes the photo perfectly! Looks very much like the sunsets in Mazatlán, México where I will be in exactly 4 days to enjoy the sunsets over the Pacific! Have a good week-end!
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning, fantastic sunset indeed! Your timing was absolutely perfect! Bravo!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sunset and a gorgoeus view. It is stunning. Happy Skywatching!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful (or whatever word say even more than that) sky. Wow. Love the flip flop in the mud--I know the feeling of trying to exticate myself sometimes when the mud is just too thick and sticky-Yuck!! Mickie
ReplyDeleteOh, this is just dazzling!
ReplyDeleteWHICH SKY FOR YOU?
Which sky for you?
One that is blue?
Or do you prefer
A sky that’s demure?
A sky in grey
Is soft, they say,
And not everyone
Likes the blinding sun.
Perhaps a sky
Through which geese fly
To winter havens
Away from ravens?
A rain-swept sky
That seems to cry?
O quickly choose one
Before day is done!
