For obvious reasons, boogie boarding is very popular in Hawaii. It's an inexpensive way to enjoy the waves and easy to get the hang of. However, there are some places - like the wintertime North Shore and Sandy Beach - where the novices should stay on the shore! What a beautiful shot of the waves....looks pretty scary from my point of view, but beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHi Denise - it was taken this month! Not much change in the air temperature here - summer and winter are about the same (although the water is colder in the winter!).
ReplyDeleteOh that's a very familiar sight to me Lisa, my son Dave was a body boarder from about age 10. He still loves it.
