The Great Pumpkin Race

My daughter's class went on a field trip to a popular local working farm today.  We've been here before and the "pumpkin patch" always cracks me up, because it's actually a dirt field (notice there is NO vegetation) in which pumpkins are placed after being unpacked from boxes.  The kids run over excitedly to pick, or in this case pick up, the perfect one - they don't seem to care that the pumpkins are flown in from California!

  1. A great pumpkin patch photo indeed - even if they are airlifted in from California!
    Happy Halloween!

  2. What a fun day, even if it is imported!
